Sweet corn is a hybridized variety of maize with a high sugar content. Sweet corn is the result of a naturally occurring recessive mutation in the genes which control conversion of sugar to starch inside the endosperm of the corn kernel.

Noodles Cooking Method :

Boil the Noodles in water with required salt for 5mins and drain it immediately rinse the cooked noodles with plain water and keep it aside.

Take 2 table spoon of oil in kadai and add chopped vegetables of your choice and then add cooked noodles and stir fry for 2mins. If required add green chilli sauce and soya sauce per your table and serve hot.
